DCD provides technology training, certifications, and franchise opportunities. Course content, schedules, and fees are subject to change with prior notice to enrolled students.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds for course enrollment are governed by our Refund Policy, available on request. Generally, refunds are processed within 7 business days of approved request, minus non-refundable registration fees.

4. Intellectual Property

All curriculum, branding, and digital content are property of Deepesh Cyber Developers. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

DCD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services, including but not limited to placement outcomes.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Amritsar, Punjab.
